7.15.24 Came in here looking for a laundry room door I want to replace. I knew what I wanted but just did not see it. I asked a gentlemen named Cesar for help. Cesar was very helpful and polite. He knew exactly what I was looking for and took me right to it. It was $200 cheaper than the one I have originally bought it from Home Depot.(Home Depot sent me the wrong door,smh) Door Clearance Center has some beautiful doors. Some of the doors are highly impressive. (Will share photos) The prices seem to be very reasonable as well. I paid and my contractor will go pick it up and install it.

I haven't received my doors yet so I will update then but I needed to write a review specifically for Kenneth H. At Door Clearance Center. I am Kenneth answered the phone. He was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. when I thanked him for answering my questions and getting my doors ordered, he said he was "just doing your job" but when I called two days before the lady was so curt and confusing about delivery, I started to look into ordering from another company: I was a sales, design, and customer service manager for 11 years and I can tell you how rare Kenneth is! I am excited for my new doors to come in and see them on my new home!

I suspect on good weeks they sell hundreds of doors, and there are gonna be a small percentage of dissatisfied customers but I'm not one. I looked around elsewhere for months and found prices 2-4x more than these guys, easily. If you want top quality go somewhere else. I got 1 Interior and 2 Exterior doors (Fiberglass, Iron, and Steel) and I have no complaints so far. They are located in the Greenspoint area. They are a turn and burn business but if you know what you need they will be cheaper and similar quality as Lowe's/HD. Naturally, you'll have to pay to upgrade to excellent quality elsewhere, but I was just needing some replacement doors quickly on a tight budget. I suggest confirming your measurements with a tape measure then visit the warehouse then you can easily walk through and browse and touch what they have. I wasn't there for Bathroom remodeling products but they have them too. *Installation issues is probably why people most complain. I suggest finding a credible door Installer. *The Sales counter and 'by phone' can be slow. They have a tons of customers/contractors calling at peak hours. Hold times can vary but once you connect, the help it's usually pretty decent.
